No. In the “File Ticket” page, you can conveniently upload a clear photo or a scanned copy of your ticket. We will take care of the rest for you.
TicketRun does not set up court dates and none can but the courts. We simply process the appropriate paper work on your behalf. Typically, the courts will mail you a notice within 4-8 months.
Filing is time consuming, stressful and inconvenient. You may have to take a day off, pay for parking, wait in a long line, and end up spending half a day at the court house. That process alone is only to file your ticket. You will have to return again for the actual court hearing. For a small fee we will save you the bureaucratic mess and file it for you. You, on the other hand, can enjoy your day!
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order within 1 hour. Within 5 business days, you will receive an email confirming that your ticket has been successfully filed. You can conveniently check the status of your order in our “Check Status” page. If you don’t receive notifications from us within the abovementioned timeframes, please check your “Spam” folder or contact us here.
Yes. However we only process tickets that are less than 30 days old. You can choose our Express Service, upload your ticket, and we’ll file your ticket within 1 day.

No. The system will apply the discount on tickets with the same name and same court per submission only.

Your privacy is protected with TicketRun. All information we collect from you is to provide you with our best available service at the time of hire. You can request that we remove your electronic data from TicketRun systems in writing either by mail or from your email we have on file. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for any reason unless we are required to by a court order. If you have used a discount code, you may receive promotional offers for affiliates' products and services that we think you would be interested in. You can always unsubscribe from such a mailing list by following the unsubscribe link in the promotional email.
We strive to provide you with the best timely service. By making a payment to hire our 'File To Dispute' service, you are authorising us to file and deliver the documents on your behalf. By making a payment to hire our 'Go to Trial on my Behalf' service, you're authorising us to attend your trial on your behalf and to accept any offer the prosecutor(s) or court(s) make. You understand that we do not attempt to defend your case.
You acknowledge that the information you provide us with is accurate and free of errors. We will use such information verbatim as we do not check its accuracy. However, we may contact you if we feel there are potential issues with the submitted information (i.e. incomplete ticket number). In such cases, if you fail to respond within a 48 hours period of time, we will proceed with the info at hand. Our services are rendered on a 'best effort basis' and there are no implicit or explicit guarantees.
You understand that we are not a law firm or paralegals nor do we claim to be. We are not licensed under any jurisdiction to provide any legal, financial or professional advice. We are not a government agency, we do not represent the courts and we do not set trial dates. The later are set by the courts. Our services are no different than an "errand run".
You agree that we and our employees -collectively and individually- are not and will not be responsible for any damages in any shape or form (material or otherwise) if our services are not completed for any reason including delays, errors and/or omissions.
This agreement is the only valid binding agreement between you and TicketRun and supersedes any written or verbal agreements or promises.
All payments to us are final. Refunds are subject to our discretion only.
