How does it work?

Snap and upload a photo of your ticket using your favourite device, enter some basic info, click “Checkout” and enjoy your day! It's that simple. You will receive all our service updates and receipts by email. You can also Check Status any day any time from your smartphone, tablet or computer.

Do you still need the original copy of my ticket to file?

No. In the “File Ticket” page, you can conveniently upload a clear photo or a scanned copy of your ticket. We will take care of the rest for you.

Do you set up the court date appointments?

TicketRun does not set up court dates and none can but the courts. We simply process the appropriate paper work on your behalf. Typically, the courts will mail you a notice within 4-8 months.

Why should I use your service?

Filing is time consuming, stressful and inconvenient. You may have to take a day off, pay for parking, wait in a long line, and end up spending half a day at the court house. That process alone is only to file your ticket. You will have to return again for the actual court hearing. For a small fee we will save you the bureaucratic mess and file it for you. You, on the other hand, can enjoy your day!

After I make my payment, what happens next?

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your order within 1 hour. Within 5 business days, you will receive an email confirming that your ticket has been successfully filed. You can conveniently check the status of your order in our “Check Status” page. If you don’t receive notifications from us within the abovementioned timeframes, please check your “Spam” folder or contact us here.

My ticket has passed the 15 days grace period; can you still file my ticket?

Yes. However we only process tickets that are less than 30 days old. You can choose our Express Service, upload your ticket, and we’ll file your ticket within 1 day.

Can you pick up my ticket if I choose the Express Service?

No. It is more convenient to just upload the ticket using the site feature. If you are in a difficult situation, feel free to contact us to discuss. We’re here to help!.

I have two tickets under two different names, does the “multiple tickets” pricing still apply?

No. The system will apply the discount on tickets with the same name and same court per submission only.

Do you file tickets outside of Toronto?

Currently we only provide our services in Toronto.
